TapSnap LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the following services:
- TapSnap — NFC-enabled digital business cards and the TapSnap mobile application
- TapFive — NFC-enabled Google review cards and devices for small businesses
- E-commerce storefronts on various platforms

9. NFC Device Privacy
- TapFive devices: When a customer taps or scans a TapFive device, they are directed to the configured Google review page. We do not collect personal information from the individuals who tap or scan these devices.
- TapSnap cards: TapSnap digital business cards display only the information the cardholder has chosen to configure. Contact information is exchanged only with the cardholder's consent.
10. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to these transfers.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.
